Sometimes we just need to step off the crazy train and focus on leaning to appreciate the simple things that Nature offers us without asking for anything in return: majestic scenery, wildflowers, a vivid sunrise or sunset, the snowcapped mountains surrounding greater L.A. that we rarely see last so long, hawks floating on currents in the sky, etc. ....... It doesn't cost anything to stop, look, listen, absorb, and appreciate what we have rather than what we didn't get. :)
