David Neuman is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil Expert, working in the industry with top brands for the past fifteen years, and now selling his own private label Semone. His passion for food started very early when he worked at the Four Seasons Hotel, and it was in a part time job at Williams Sonoma where he understood there was something to the olive oil product… but did not get deep into its origin and complexity until the early 2000s.
He has taught Olive Oil 101 thousands of times, and when he came to me as a book client, he was ready to write the book that is non existent on the marketplace about olive oil.
