In our talk, we look at how her generation is still grappling with the same level of problems of gender equality in accolades, but also women making time in their busy lives to market themselves. She started to create her own content to fill the lack of celebrity female executives on social media with powerful voices and messaging. She loves the short poignant content that she calls “word surgery” that one can do on Twitter. Since she works with teen pop artists, a lot of young people follow her, and can relate when she is honest about anxiety. I was very touched that she makes herself available to anyone who needs to talk through their troubles on DM or email.
